UEC has assembled a team of seasoned partners from the technology and management sectors. Our expertise spans IoT system development and integration, AI artificial intelligence, big data analysis, hardware design, firmware development, and international business promotion. Each member brings solid professional skills and extensive experience to the table.
Henry Pan
General Manager
an alumnus of the College of Law and Commerce at Chung Hsing University. He previously worked at the accounting firm, PwC, as a senior associate accountant.
Vincent Chou
CEO
holds a degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University and a master’s degree from MIT. He has worked as a Product Manager at CP Clare in the United States, an Associate Manager at SanHui Technology, and as the General Manager at Yaoxing Information.
Tony Wu
Vice President of Research and Development
holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He has served as a Senior Design Engineer at Cirrus Logic Inc., Deputy Director of Research and Development at Century Semiconductor, and Vice President of Research and Development at Eight-Dimensional Innovation Corporation.
Ko Huang
Deputy General Manager of Japan Business
holds a master’s degree and is a doctoral candidate from Waseda University. He has worked as a Business Manager at Shin Gi Technology, Deputy General Manager at Wincode Technology, and is actively involved as the General Secretary and Director of the Waseda University Alumni Association in Taiwan.
